Singer Omawumi In Public Show Of Shame; Fights Dirty

It seems our dear singer/single mum, Omawumi wants to remain a ghetto girl and continue to act as such. The babe has made some good money in recent times and as such one would have expected that her way of reasoning and actions would improved, accordingly. But that is not the case.

Her recent dirty fight with a guy in Lagos leaves one speechless:
HI5-SHOW gathered that the unfortunate incident took place at a public function recently. The guy, said to be a photo journalist, identified as Adekola Bamigbala, who was taking pictures of guests at the event, got to where Omawumi.

His attempt to take pictures of the female singer got him more than he bargained for, as Omawumi was said to have pounced on Adekola, grabbed his heavy camera and attacked him with it, leading to the guy loosing his balance. Many present were at a loss on why Omawumi had to attack an harmless photo journalist.

I hear the guy is carrying a swollen face and Omawumi has gone under, refusing to pick her calls or respond to text messages sent to her.
When asked if he had any quarrel with Omawumi before, Adekola said there was nothing of such

'The Night I Slept With Davido Was The Hottest Ever' - Kenyan Musician, Pendo (PHOTO)

A lot has been said concerning socialite/bad girl Pendo, Davido and their alleged romp this past weekend when the superstar was in town.

Well we want to put ALL the rumours to rest. First of all, we have the interview that has everyone up in arms that Davido denied Pendo’s existence. And keep your eyes open for more on that.

Secondly, I personally decided to call up Pendo and ask her what was the REAL deal. So here is our conversation (partly redacted to get right down to all the juicy parts) about everything.

So what is all this wahala about Davido blocking you off of his facebook?

Pendo : If people had done even a little research, they would Davido does not even have a Facebook account. I NEVER said I was in touch with him through Facebook. I got in touch with him through a good friend of his *redacted* and that’s where everything started. He did the intro.

So, seriously, did you sleep with Davido?

Pendo: Errrrrrrrrrrm (laughs cheekily) (There is IRREFUTABLE proof that Pendo did spend the night with Nigerian superstar, if you want to see it plead with her on twitter @LoveStaicey to release it.) In the meantime, have this picture of Davido, topless, in his hotel room from his personal instagram. Maybe Pendo took it # troll

So why did you do this? Do you do this for money?

Pendo: (Laughs) No, I didn’t get money from him. I didn’t WANT money from him. I did it simply cuz I find him hot and he is pretty legit in the music industry in Africa. Yeah, I am attracted by his talent, his fame, his power, but honestly, who isn’t? And people are talking so much because a lot of women wanted to be in my shoes, but were not. I’m not afraid to go after what I want. That’s just me. And I am unapologetic for it. I am content that I got what I wanted -which was to know him- and I guess it just naturally progressed from there…

So was this a one time thing then?

Pendo: No, I would do it again. Gladly. I don’t regret it at all.
Of course you know now I am gonna ask about the “D”. Free reign, choose your own words to describe it.

Pendo: He was perfect.

Nooooooooo, more than that. DESCRIPTION.

Pendo: (Laughing) Ok, ok. Errrrrrrrrrrm, he is much better than your “average Kenyan”. He is big. Both length and width. (Giggles) And best part is he REALLY knows what he is working with.

Haha, so you loved ALL OF HIM. (SN: Hehe, see what I did there?)

Pendo: (Giggles) Ha, you won’t let this go will you. Haha, no seriously though, he has CRAZY moves, he kept it fresh for a couple hours. I am impressed. Definitely the best…(hesitates) Ok maybe not the best I ever had, but he is up there.

So was this a one night stand or will you be seeing him again?

Pendo: Davido is not only a good lover but a gentleman. Not only did he not publicise the affair, but he left me with some personal mementos to remember him. I don’t think a one night stand does that. Plus there is still communication going on. I’m not saying we are dating, but we are definitely still talking. He did not “hit it and quit it”.

Watch this space to see if Pendo goes to visit Davido in Nigeria. A little birdie tells me that this may be a high possibility right now. And seriously, wouldn’t a Pendo/Davido dalliance be so Rihanna/ChrisBrown-esque (bad girls get the bad boys and they don’t give a damn.?

"If my husband cheats, I will castrate him' - Uche Jombo

In this interview with Sam Olatunji, Uche Jombo speaks on cheating and new movie ‘Unconditional’.

What is it with the celebrity kids on your new movie, ‘Unconditional’?
We didn’t set out to use celebrity kids. I told everyone including you the age range I want and people suggested the kids. Aghahowa’s daughter has wanted to act since age 5, we auditioned Chigozie, and she did well and got a coach to coach them. 2face’s daughter is just a drama queen. And this movie, Unconditional is not all about them, Dakore, Ruth Kadiri and I acted in it. It’s the kind of move that will touch the heart.

If your husband were to be a serial philanderer like Desmond’s character in the movie, Lies Men Tell, what will you do?
I will castrate him, he knows and believes that. To me, there is no excuse to cheat, its either you are with someone or not, and if you are tired of the person, please accord the person decency of respect by saying it’s over. Don’t go making someone look stupid. The problem with me is there is no in- between.
Do you believe what you are saying or are you saying it for the purpose of this interview?

I am saying,Uche Jombo-Rodrigues doesn’t have in-between. That is the reason it takes me long time to make a decision or take a stand on something, but when I do, that is it. There is no excuse not to honour an agreement you have made, this doesn’t have anything to do with this interview. It is the principle that guides me. It is not just about marriage, it’s how I conduct my relationships, its either it is this or that, if that is my mind-set in a relationship, you should know that for marriage it’ll be 150%. There is no room for cheating.

So you believe your husband will or should not cheat on you?
I don’t have control over what someone will do, I’m not God. I’m talking about me, how I conduct things. It’s not an option that it will happen, I will not tolerate cheating.

Are you saying you will not forgive the man who cheats on you and is manly enough to say I’m sorry?

If you are in that situation Sam, oh God! You are going to slave for me for life. And do you know any man that will want to slave for a woman for life, answer?

Is it true you are older than your husband and the man you dated before him?

I have never dated or married someone I was older than in my life. If you have the illusion of someone’s age, that is your business, and I am even too mature for my age. That is the problem, because men of my age are ‘small boys’ around me, I can’t date them. I am someone who has to become a mother to some of my siblings at the age of 14. Because you are an under-achiever does not mean I should play down on my achievement. If age is the yard stick for you to succeed, you should not judge people with it, I don’t have an apology. If I’m learning from people who are older than me that is because I don’t hang out with my age mates; I don’t think there is anything else you want to teach me, and if you want to judge me by the people I hang out with or by when I started my hustle, where the hell were you at that time? What really matters to me is that people who know me during my not-too-proud days are so proud that, this is me now. I have come far, it’s something I’m grateful for, and I couldn’t have even written it better if it were a story.

Jude Okoye Explains Why He Is Not Yet Married

So, when are you kicking bachelorhood?

When I will kick bachelorhood, I will call you and my fans to come and eat and drink. Already, I have purchased the bell, when it’s time, I will ring it.

Why is it taking so long, on a more serious note?

It’s taking so long because I am waiting for you people. Basically, why I am not yet married is that I don’t want to get married because I have all it takes to marry or because I am ripe. I want to get married and feel married so that I will be committed to my wife.

Award-Winning Director, Ayinde, Fathers 6Kids With His Daughters; To Spend 90Years In Jail

What entered into this man's head to make him behave this badly? Award-winning Nigerian music director Aswad Ayinde, who directed the Fugees "Killing Me Softly" hit in 1996, has been found guilty of fathering as much as six children with his daughters.
It was revealed that Mr. Ayinde began having forced intercourse [rape] with his second daughter from the time she was eight-years-old, impregnating her four times.
The sexual assaults happened for almost 30 years until Mr. Ayinde and his wife separated. They occurred in numerous homes across northern New Jersey, even while the family was under watch of state child welfare officials. Some of the rapes even took place in an abandoned funeral home.
Consequently, he will be spending the rest of his life in jail as he was sentenced to 90yrs imprisonment.

According to Mail Online, 55-year-old Ayinde of Paterson, New Jersey, United States, was sentenced to 50 years in prison on Friday after being found guilty in the second of five expected trials in which he is accused of repeatedly raping his six daughters, resulting in six children being fathered.

Mr. Ayinde was found guilty in his latest trial of having intercourse with one of his daughters when she was as young as eight-years-old. The second sentence adds to the 40 year sentence Mr Ayinde received in a 2011 trial for sexually assaulting another of his daughter.

In a disturbing disclosure during his first trial, Mr. Ayinde’s former wife said he was trying to create a “pure family bloodline” by impregnating his daughters. He claimed during a pre-trial hearing before the first trial that “the world was going to end, and it was just going to be him and his offspring and that he was chosen.”

The depraved father also beat and starved the girls using wooden boards and steel-toed boots for even “minor transgressions,” Ayinde’s wife testified at the first trial.

Some of the children Ayinde fathered with his daughters were born in the home, with at least two babies who died in the home having been buried without notifying authorities or obtaining birth certificates.

Ayinde’s tortured daughters were made to school at home and isolated from other children, so as to keep the family's drity secrets hidden.

With his wife too afraid to confront him, Mr. Ayinde carried out his evil plan without hindrance even while directing the music video for the Fugees 1996 breakout hit ‘Killing Me Softly", for which he won ‘Best R&B Video’ at the 1996 MTV Music Video Awards.

My Ordeal In The Den Of Ritualists-Man Tells His Story

That fateful Sunday in April, Eze had dressed up and was set to go for a child dedication with one of his friends but never had any inkling that he was heading for an encounter with the devil.

By the time he got to Aku Street, he could not find his friend. He then decided to cross over to Edinburgh Roundabout to recharge his phone and call him. He never made that call.  Rather, he found himself on a journey into a thick bush at  Akokwa, Ideato Local Government Area of Imo State, where he was to be offered to the gods as  sacrifice.

Two months after the traumatic experience from  which God saved him, Eze is still in shock and has found it difficult to believe that he could have died three months ago. The following is Eze Obasi’s story as told by him.

“It was a Sunday and  I came out at the popular Edinburgh Roundabout, (the home of newspapers and vendors) in central Enugu and I saw one man who told me he was looking for a mechanic that would help fix his car. I told him I am a mechanic and requested to know where the vehicle was. He said it was parked at the WTC junction nearby, so I went and brought some tools and followed him.
“By the time we got there, I discovered that there were four young men. I opened the bonnet of the car, a Mercedes Benz V-Boot, which was bearing a government number plate. I stood in front of the bonnet and  by then all the four men were by my side. I asked them what was wrong with the car and they said it wasn’t starting, so I bent over to check the engine.
“In the split of a second, I discovered that a substance had been blown into my face and had entered my eyes. I screamed ‘my eyes oh’! And just as I struggled to regain balance and clear my face, the men guided me into the car, which sped off. Before we got  to the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus, UNEC, gate, I was already feeling sleepy and soon slept off.
“When I regained  consciousness, I discovered that I was in a bush and it was later that  I found out that I had been taken to somewhere in Akokwa, in the Ideato area of Imo State. I was very weak but was able to notice a group of young men inside a room nearby. It was then I said some prayers telling God that I only tried to help people in need and that in my town such gesture does not attract curse or condemnation.
“About an hour later, it was very dark and  noise started coming from the room and a red curtain on the door began to shake. Suddenly someone came from behind the curtains holding something like a bottle that had a blinking light. He ran the light through my body from head to toe and went back.  When he got close to the curtain, he asked who brought me to that place. He turned round and used the bottle to hit me and immediately I regained full consciousness. But as I tried to get up, I realized that I was tied to a bench.  Three of them came forward and untied me and led me through the bush to a point where the men touched me and immediately disappeared and I started struggling on my own to find a way out of the bush.
“It was very late by the time I got to the main road. I didn’t know where I was but I continued moving until I saw a woman. I asked her where that place was and she said it’s Akokwa in Imo State and asked who brought me to that place. I told her my story and she directed me to go straight on till I got to a junction. She said  one of the roads leads to Aba-Port Harcourt road and that the other leads to Arondizuogu, while the third leads to Nnewi. She advised me to take the route towards Nnewi that I would see a vehicle that would take me to Anambra.
“I told her that I didn’t have any money on me and she brought out N500 and gave to me. I asked her how I would see her again to return her money and the woman asked me to go first; that I didn’t realize what God had done for me.
“I boarded a vehicle and in the bus I narrated my story. The driver who took me to Anambra did not take a dime from me. I only paid a fare from Anambra to Enugu. And from New Market where the bus dropped me at about 12 midnight, I found my way back to my house at  Oraifite Street.”

It wasn’t the end of his ordeal.

Weeks after the ugly experience, Eze continued to hear strange voices and noise similar to the ones he heard coming from the mysterious house in the bush he was taken to at night.

“After narrating my story to people, I continued to hear those strange noises and languages which I didn’t understand. It always happened when I was alone. There was a language they were speaking there which I didn’t understand. So, it kept reverberating until my colleagues took me to a prayer house for prayers and thanksgiving, since then I stopped hearing the strange voices and noises .”

It was difficult for Eze to recall what those voices were saying. The only thing he remembered was  the voice that said ‘young man, go! go! go!’

He recalled that after some  incantations that the man who appeared to be their leader chanted, he said they brought the wrong person and that he should  therefore, be taken away immediately.

Describing the scenario inside the bush, Eze noted that a house was built there probably for ritual purposes. He said it has a red curtain and  the ritualists  wore  blue uniforms. He described the room as a large one with members whom, he said, tied  pieces of clothing round their heads with a cross on their foreheads.  They were about 18 in number.

Sound Sultan & Baba Dee set to sue Sean Tizzle over ‘contract breach’

Sound Sultan and his Naija Ninja label have confirmed that they’ll be suing upcoming Pop artiste Sean Tizzle over an alleged breach of contract, illegal use of intellectual property and more. The label headed by Sultan’s elder brother Dare Fasasi better known as Baba Dee claims Sean Tizzle (real name – Oluwaseun Oluwabamidele) not only walked out of a management and recording contract but has also hijacked a number of songs including the popular single ‘Sho lee’.

Investigations reveal Sean Tizzle (formerly known simply as ‘Sean’) started up by making a break with Naija Ninja when he was signed along with other starters – Karma, Yung GreyC and Blacka. The crew along with Sound Sultan formed the final face of ‘Naija Ninja’ with Baba Dee playing a background role. The label went on to release their first project in October 2012, an EP aptly titled ‘The Rebirth’.

Months later it was a bit surprising to find out that Sean Tizzle had signed another deal with popular beat-maker D’Tunes (who had just parted with Iyanya and MMMG label). Sean dropped his first official single ‘Sho lee’ and began receiving some buzz. ‘He just didn’t return to the studio, didn’t call us, practically just blacked out on us’- Baba Dee.

Baba Dee confirms that they’ve met with Sean Tizzle and his new label/management Difference Entertainment (owned and headed D’Tunes) to discuss two things – to acknowledge his breach of his contract and the five songs (including ‘Sho lee’) all written by Sound Sultan in his possession.

‘We have been very civil about this, unfortunately they haven’t. Sean has a two year-two album deal with us’, Baba Dee says neither D’Tunes nor his new label have agreed to their terms which included buying out Sean’s contract and agreeing who owns mechanical, publishing and performance rights to ‘Sho lee’. Baba Dee says Sean Tizzle also claims there is no contract between himself and Naija Ninja insisting he has misplaced his.

A rep for Naija Ninja tells us that Sean Tizzle was served a court letter over the matter while he was partying at a nightclub at the popular Elegushi beach some weeks ago. The Pop artiste however refused to receive the letter. A rep for Sean Tizzle and Difference Entertainment however insisted the whole matter is baseless.

D’Tunes refused to neither pick our phone calls nor respond to text messages. Sound Sultan has however played it pretty cool; he has been at least at three different venues where Sean Tizzle has performed ‘Sho lee’ and has kept his calm.

My Hubby Gets Jealous When A Cute Guy Kisses Me - Omotola Confesses by kelly segun

It is no doubt that not many men would allow their wives to take up acting as profession and the reason is not far-fetched. With the jealous nature of men, it is very rare to see a man accepting another man cuddling or touching his wife all in the name of acting or practising a profession she likes.

That is why it is very common in this part of the world to see actresses dumping acting shortly after getting married. Most of the men they marry tend to kick against the profession after they must have said 'I do'.

Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde, who is married to a pilot, Capt Mathew Ekeinde is one of the sexiest screen divas in the movie industry in Nigeria, and most men would like to do anything to have for keeps.

When in front of the camera, the mother of four delivers and interprets her role to the letter. When it comes to romantic scenes, she gives her all in making her character looks real, which surprises most of her fans, who wonder how her husband takes such scenes when he stumbles on them.

When asked by one of her fans on twitter, a popular micro-blogging platform, if her hubby gets jealous when a guy kisses her on set, the actress answered in the affirmative.

“Does your husband get jealous when you kiss a guy in a movie?” a fan asked the Ondo State-born actress, and she replied, “Yes, if the guy is cute.”

Now you know how Omosexy's husband reacts to her romantic scenes in movies when he sees them.

OJB Jezreel Sues Blogger For N100Million Over Fake Story

The OJB Jezreel fundraising committee has sued an online news website, Aproko247 for N100million over a story published on its platform alleging that some members of the committee ripped the ailing singer off through donations made by kind-hearted Nigerians to save OJB Jezreel.

The website posted the story on Monday, while the committee members called a press conference on Tuesday evening at OJB Jezreel’s residence in Surulere, Lagos, where they made the announcement of the N100million lawsuit against the website.

The committee members are aggrieved that such allegations could be made against them, which they termed ‘malicious and character assassination’.

Members of the committee swore to press charges to clear their names of the allegations made by the website.

When contacted on phone on the matter, the Editor-in-Chief of the news website, who simply identified himself as Dapo, said, “we are aware of the rumour that we have been sued for N100million over a story posted on our platform on the OJB Jezreel committee, but we have not received any letter from their lawyers or any court. We are waiting for them.

But for now, we take it as a mere rumour until we are officially served.”

Muna parts ways with RMG Records
And the Breakup Season continues as Former Beauty Queen Muna recently called it quits with her record label.
In an interview with Charles Mgbolu of The Vanguard, the beauty queen turned rapper disclosed that her reason for leaving RMG was because she ‘needed to become a little bit more independent’.
I needed to become a little bit more independent and you know one needs to grow. I have learnt how to handle things on my own and become responsible. It was something I needed to do because one cannot continue to be under someone’s wings forever. There comes a time when you have to spread you own wings and fly‘, she explained.

She also took time to explain that her past altercation with Modenine was not the cause for her split with RMG. ‘I left RMG because I needed to start up my own thing; there was nothing more to it. I have no issues whatsoever with RMG’, Muna added.
Muna also revealed that she has launched her own record label ‘No Koncience‘ where she released her new single ‘No tomorrow‘. Her debut album  tentatively titled ‘The Goddess, The Hustler’ will be released shortly.

Blackface Reminds Tuface About Debt

Blackface Reminds Tuface About Debt

As per reports, Blackface has said he has not been paid for co-writing song ‘African Queen’ along with his fellow Tuface Idibia, who sang the song.

The issue is surrounding the song. Blackface was a member of Plantashun Boiz and Idibia was also part of it. He claims both of them had written song together but he has not yet received financial benefits for his work officially.

Though he was little upset over the same, when asked he said it doesn’t make much difference. He argued he was still a writer even if they had omitted him.
Also, he averred that the song African Queen was redone by a Jamaican artiste. He disclosed he was not aware of the fact though he should have been since he co-wrote the song. He asserted he is trying to get the answer to the same and has got it yet.

“Now is all like am a writer, I have 50 per cent of the publishing, which I didn’t used to have before, so it’s a different ball game right now”, he said about issue of getting credit for the song. African Queen was a hit song, which was sung by Idibia and was released in 'Face 2 Face' album in 2004.

I'm Not Sure I Will Marry Any Man Again ––Actress Chika Ike

Actress Chika Ike recently moved into a big house in one of the rich neighbourhood in Lagos. She is now an independent women, at her young age. But why did she take such decision? Her ex-husband didn't treat her well, HI5SHOW gathered that there was 'serious beatings' in the marriage.

See what Chika Ike said about her love life below...
I would not want to talk about the experience with early marriage and spousal abuse. When you get married, things happen along the line and you ask yourself if it is something you can take. Everybody has their share of experience in marriage. I don’t like talking about it because I’m trying to get over it.
The next man I will marry? I am not sure I am going to get married but if I eventually do, I will just let go and allow God to guide me. But if it does not work out, happiness is all that matters. I cannot sacrifice my happiness for anybody.
I thought marriage is all about sacrifices; how come she is not willing to sacrifice for any man

If I were a player, they wouldn’t have caught me like that.

On His Role Has A Father
Tuface who has six kids from different women said its not being easy, sometimes his work entails him travelling a lot and as such does not see his kids as he wants to.
According to him he had a different plan of just having one wife and kids but since things turned out this way he has accepted, no shaking.

On His Children Following His Footsteps
Tuface said he won't discourage any of his children if they decide to follow his footsteps musically. As a matter of fact he'll make be a good adviser.

On His Plans To Go Back To School
He definitely still has plans to go back to school to study law but he's not certain when.

On Why He Took So Long To Settle
I don’t really have an answer to that question, because I don’t know. I can’t explain why I don’t have an answer to that, but somehow, by the grace of God, we are still together.

On His Choice Of Name
He said it was a way of letting his fans know the real him different from the one they see in the public, TV, papers, radio.
Meaning Tuface is an artiste – the public figure, and Tuface, the actual me.

On His Fame

It takes away your privacy and freedom to do some kind of simple, basic things. Like I can’t go to Iya Christopher to sit down and eat amala, the way I dey do before.

On how much Tuface is worth today
I never gather, but I dey try.
Tuface attributed his journey so far to hardwork, his fans and of course the grace of God.
